Functional Yoga Stretching Demo with Bear Moore

We got a real treat at Zentri Base Camp - One of the attendees was fantastically limber and showed us his stretch routine.  It's a mix of yoga and smart stretching he has found to be hugely beneficial for staying injury free.

Bear said he does this routine after every strenuous workout and the payoff is huge.  Big thanks to him for sharing it with us.
