Podcast - Sufferfest Interview and Bike Fit

The interviews continue, this time with the creator of the awesome Sufferfest cycling training videos, David McQuillen.

I have been using the videos to train for an 85 mile mountain bike race in January, and they rock!  Each is a full hour of proper warm up, cool down, and tons of hammering in between.  You really feel like you're in the middle of the action because the footage is from other bikes or pace motorcycles.

After that, I throw in a good bit of what I'm beginning to call "The Training Diaries", recordings immediately after workouts.  You get a great sense of the highs and lows of training at the Ironman level of the endurance spectrum.

The show finishes out with an interview with a bike fitter at Bicycle Sport Shop in Austin, TX.  He fixed a lot of my issues and is prepping me for a custom bike being built by True North in Canada.

Plug in and enjoy the show!

I think your web link is for the previous podcast--the one with the marathon swimmer. It's dated 12/14 and I don't remember an interview with the sufferfest guy on that one.
