I use a Bike Nashbar one and love it. The best recommendation I can give you is to get ones with metal rollers instead of plastic. Metal is much quieter.

Brett -
Just wanted to follow up and say thanks for the recommendation. I was just about to purchase a different brand of rollers for three times the cost of the Bike Nashbar brand when I talked to you last time. I can't understand how they could be 3 times as good as these now that I've used them. I love these things!

Great vid! Yeah, those rollers rock. Once you get them, it's more about how you set up the environment around them.
For the record, I've done 4 hours at a time on the rollers. Let's see you beat it!

Hey all, I'm looking to purchase rollers for my bike training. Does anyone have a recommendation or buyers guide?
I'm most concerned with noise levels and then portability.
Thanks ZenTriathlon for the podcast and helpful tips. Did my first sprint Tri last Monday with your help! (CapTexTri in Austin)
