Here's a great clip of Rich Roll and Christine Lynch taking the whole camp on a grocery store tour.  This is essential for learning how to shop and then eat better.

We're deep into day two of ZenTri Camp.  We spent a lot of time bike fitting, reviewing videos of form, and then working out like crazy at the gym.  Rich and I and others were reviewing swim form with a video camera and having a blast.  Great time.

I'm typing this as Christine is putting the finishing touches on a killer dinner and explaining how it's healthy for us.  Nutrition values are being explained and it smells AWESOME.
