Rock Solid in Dixie

This is truly a great podcast! It's chock-full of audio from a variety of sources: An interview with Emily after swimming the Tennessee River channel, rock climbing in Georgia, and more, all sandwiched in between a sweet tune by Spoon. Awesome show...I listened to it on my run this morning! Cool picture too. It would be cool if you could post more pictures of your adventures, like a picture from the viewpoint in the kayak of you guys swimming and maybe one of your little one watching you climb...? Just some ideas. Keep up the great work. I listened to one of your longer casts Saturday on my long run and it really kept my mind off of the pain and suffering!
